Preserved flowers may change colors due to the natural processing— but to keep them looking their best, please keep them away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.

Yes! All of our flowers are non-toxic and pet-safe.

Can I request a specific color flower?
Please contact us at [email protected] if you would like to customize a product. If you have a specific color or color combination in mind that's not listed, please note that it could take 3-5 weeks to receive your order.
Do you accept returns/refunds?
We put our all into our products, they are handcrafted and made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns unless the product was damaged during transit. If the product was damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will send you a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, an order can’t be cancelled.
